I apologize if there is already a thread for FSU this year. If so go ahead an delete!
I was wondering if anyone on the forum here has applied to FSU this year? Or if there are those who have done the in person interviews want to share their experiences. This message has been edited. Last edited by: NikonvsCanon,

I'm wondering the same thing. I tried calling today but, as expected, all lines were busy. Does anyone know how this process works? I know in the past, they used to call people personally . Either way, things aren't looking too good.

i am not sure how it works but I believe they interview around 120-150 for 24 spots. I was notified by email. I noticed in the past based on previous forums, it did take a couple of days to notify everyone.

There are nine days of interviews with 2 sessions each with about 5 to 7 students per session. So if 14 people interview each day for nine days that's 126 + those that conduct skype or phone interviews = a number between 120 and 150. I got the 5 to 7 number from a friend who interview in person last year

So the coordinator may have been a little off in numbers or the website needs to be updated. Directly off the program website: we admit only 24 production students each year. and only six writing students each fall.
