Professional color

I'm in the middle of shooting a short film. When I reviewed what I had shot I was disappointed to find that the colors came out looking like they do in real life. While in professional films the colors always come out dark with tones of brown or olive. Its gives it a more professional look.

CSI: Miami is the show that comes to mind. I don't want anything this crazy but every shot in that show comes out looking orange.

Here is an example of what I'm looking for

Its dark and has almost tints of green and not a just a bleach white wall.

Is this effect something that can be done digitally after the filming is done?
If so what do I call the parson who does this so I can find someone to do it online?
If you interested in doing it your self please leave your email and I'll give you the projects details.

Thanks, Michael

P.S. The film should come out to be 20-30 min and is a thriller.
