Goodbye Promise is an exploratory film about a man moving to Los Angeles who makes a pact with himself: "I'm giving you exactly seven years to become a working actor, and if you aren't by then, it's time to pack up and go home." This story begins seven days from seven years, and no one of any significance in the industry knows who he is.
