Several weeks went by before we decided to try tackle the paranormal. Our lecturer warned us against the idea, but we pressed on. We failed to gain access to the haunted jail. We failed to convince a herb-shop owner (no, honestly) to go on camera. We lacked the funds to convince the city's leading ghost tour operator to talk to us.
Our lecturer said - turn the camera around, and record our struggle to make the film. Instead, at the last minute, we managed to score interviews with a lady who had heard the voice of God, a priest who had performed exorcisms, and a psychologist who didn't believe in any of it.
In retrospect we should have stopped at the priest - he was amazing!
I performed the interviews, and the non-interview camerawork, as well as being chief editor.
