synopsis:
a talented artist who never got a chance for a break unexpectedly has a stroke of luck.
this 1 minute short was written, produced and directed by volker allert. volker also plays both rolls. the short was an entry into a pepsi short film competition. it reached the final 16 world wide but did not win a prize.
volker's verdict about short film competitions: " i found that it is not worth entering someone else's competition. first the creative freedom of the filmmaker is restricted by imposing a theme. second, even if you work on micro budgets, the film still costs money and time. if then no prize is won then you worked for nothing."
