Another new composer looking for first film scoring project

Hello, my name is Howard Fletcher.
I have been privately tutored in music for 16 years and have been actively composing for the past 3-4 years.
Recently I decided that I wanted to take my composing one step further and try to share my music with the world, so since a few weeks ago, I have been going through all my work and preparing/uploading it to many media streaming services (YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, Etc.)
I am really searching for my first film scoring project and since I have no experience I am offering my services free currently. I would be honoured to be considered by you for your film and would enjoy greatly the opportunity to showcase my music in combination with your story to the world.
I can compose for all classical instruments and some ethnic instruments too, however, I hope that through this line of work I will become experienced in all forms of composition, so if you have a project that doesn't fit the above, please still get in touch!
For now, please see examples of my work in the below links.
Once again, thank you for considering me in this way and to get in touch, email me at howiefletcher@outlook.com

Hello again everybody.
This is just a quick announcement to introduce my new Spotify artist profile featuring my music in a more professional setting, this is very exciting for me as I plan to release my debut piano solo album "Distance Makes the Heart Grow Fonder" in the near future whilst I wait for more Film/video game scoring work.

No, I'm a director and writer in Los Angeles. I love music though. I used to work as a choral conductor. :)
That's great! Maybe we can collab some time on a film.

if you have anything you'd like me to follow you on let me know, I'll keep up to date with your thread anyways. ;)

Hey Everyone!
Here is my latest piece - "The Commuter's Dance" is a piece depicting the hectic, almost comical daily commute some of us face on our way to work. Please let me know what you think, and if you have a film to score, drop me an email at howiefletcher@outlook.com
see the video description for links to my Patreon page, Spotify account and ways you can support and follow me. Thanks!

Theme and Variations? Cute little piece. I could picture this music with a semi-humorous montage of film scenes ...

Neat piece - I'm not sure it works for film, though! Tbh, it might be more suited for game music (what came to mind was a Mario party or Donkey Kong throwback LOL). Keep writing!

thanks sally, these are obviously concert pieces so they are not suited to film or game, that may be why you can't see them working for films, they aren't written for that purpose. I always compose new, bespoke music for a film or game. I don't believe that pre-created music is the best way to score a film. Thanks for your interest in my work!

My latest composition, Song of the Fjords is now available to stream on YouTube. Make sure to go an have a listen, subscribe and, if you can, support me through Patreon!
