Hello everyone,
My name is Hiroto, and I am a Japanese film composer currently based in the United States.
I am currently studying film scoring while actively composing music for narrative films and visual media. My primary focus is chamber orchestra, psychological horror, suspense, and emotionally driven cinematic music.
My compositional style emphasizes atmosphere, emotional tension, and subtle orchestration that supports storytelling without overwhelming it. I draw inspiration from composers such as Tatsuhiko Saiki and Joe Hisaishi, blending cinematic textures with minimalist emotional writing.
I have previously contributed music to student film productions through a Sony Pictures–affiliated high school film program in the United States, where I gained experience working collaboratively with directors and filmmakers throughout the production process.
