Producer/ Director needed for student film in CT/ MA

Hello I am a screenwriter/ actor looking to make a film in March/ April of this year. I have funding as well as equipment available to me, just looking for a director and a producer to help my vision come to life. Should be local to CT or MA and or willing to commute.
