No, still have people vote, but when they email you, just track their IP address (however the hell you do that). Then no matter how many email accounts they create, it will only count as one vote based on their IP address. If someone did do that, then you could completely disreguard their vote... maybe...

lots of people have random ip addresses, each time they log on they get a new one. and most broadban users have cloaked ips that show up as 255.255.55 or other unhelpful numbers.

maybe if people need to regester to vote, with street address, phone number, etc. that really lowers the amounts of fakes you get. or only people who entered can vote.

I want to have the people vote on there movies but there probably going to be alot of cheating so ill end up either with judges or I can figure out a way for no one to cheat
