Alien Kidnap

It is the story of a child who lives in the country, is listening to the radio, and the famous radio broadcast of Orson Welles is being broadcast, after a few seconds what was fiction became a reality
Pros: Very dope video style and decent visual effects.
Cons: Extremely short.
I like how the short opens but the black screen takes up a little too much of the runtime. I did like the pov video style with the strange video filter. As a visual effects guy myself, I have to say that the effects here were pretty sweet. I just wish that the film went on a little longer.
Pros: Effect that it delivers.
The 1900's look.
Cons: Really not much of a story.
A bit unexplained.
The overall effect that the short film leaves on you is great. Though the short film is a bit unexplained, this might also act as a way of giving the viewer an interest to further explore what the short film is trying to tell.

If this short is acting as a trailer for a video game, it might actually be really suited the way it is.
Pros: CGI of the spacecraft
Cons: Story
I like that this is the setup for a video game. The computer generated spaceship was very well done, you managed to use video filters to fit it in with the live action smoothly. Was also a fan of the vibration effect when the protagonist begins being abducted. Also, great use of the POV perspective.

Sadly I wish I could have seen more from the story itself. If this is the trailer for the video game then I'm not quite sure how story-based the game would be. Ideally I would have liked to see more of who the protagonist is or was before they were abducted. The whole abduction part seemed a bit cliche, but that was probably the point.

All in all, great work! Would gladly play the game it's based on.
