We are looking for a girl between the ages of 16 and 18 to play the main character's (Sarah Brooks) best friend (Taylor) in The Anniversary, a short film sequel to The Admirer, about a girl that faces a crazed stalker on the night of Valentine's Day, who leaves chilling post-it notes and threats to Sarah. In the sequel, Taylor is taken by the killer while jogging, and Sarah must battle her fears and find her best friend, held captive somewhere in the large hiking trail.
We are just a small group of teens and kids, but we are funding this short with an Indiegogo fundraising campaign, and will be buying new equipment to make this short amazing. We will also submit it to film festivals, so make sure you're okay with possibly being featured at a film festival and being on the website IMDB.
Specific filming dates have not been yet coordinated, we will start filming somewhere between late July and mid-August. Leave your email and we'll send you more info once we have it.
Please send any resumes, head shots, and an audition (description below) to mcognetti1@yahoo.com.
Audition lines: (Sobbing) "Please help me, I don't know where I am, I don't know what's going on. Please, come find me, hurry!" Then give us the best convincing scream you can. Record this and send it to the email above.
Thank you!
