Please take a look at Kastav Film Festival Manifest. All films are accepted in the program without any selection. MANIFEST
1.anyone can submit their film
2.all submitted films must be displayed regardless of their form and content
3.there will not be any censorship or selection
4.public space as a common good must be available to everyone
5.all film screenings must be free
6.we do not accept the usual form of film festivals
7.we deny the authority and the established standards of filmmaking
8.institutions of power have no right to decide who will be the author + everyone can make a 8.film and publicly display it
9.if all rules are not applied, the festival will no longer exist
10.we are not responsible for the content displayed
