I hate to ask this question, as it's probably been asked before, but I was wondering if you guys could enlighten me.
I'm getting ready to shoot a short film at my university, and am trying to prepare to get the best sound I can for a simple budget. I currently have a Tascam Dr-2D, but was wondering if this would pair well with a Videomic (original) with both connected to a pole and held close to my subjects. Or if the pro would be a better choice? I'm planning on running the input into the Tascam.
I am using a Canon T2i for shooting. Also any other mic recommendations to pair with the Tascam are appreciated! I just want to get the best sound I can for under $200.
