screen test 'release' forms?

I'm wondering anyone uses any kind of release form when shooting screen tests. Since the screen test isn't for distribution, I don't really know what the protocol is.

i don't. but i'd guess in hollywood it is some sort of form which authorizes use and distribution within the organization and use in promoting the film to execs.

yeah, at this level, i wouldnt worry about it at all.

if you wanted to be extra safe, draw up a quick contract explaining that the talent use is for a screen test, and the undersigned agrees to the terms and conditions expressed above.

Do to overwhelming demand, IE MeGrimlock, I've got all the generic film forms I have up on studentfilm.BurlyBuff.com. I don't remember where i got them, so if someone here owns them, Speak up. At some point in the future that portion of the site will contain all of the links/ files / pics / information I and my cohorts have ever found useful in our filmaking adventures.
