Its an avi file right now, but I can convert it into pretty much anything.

i'd suggest quicktime. it's easier for everyone to play then AVI. anyway... regardless of format: get your log in info for your webspace and then download a decent FTP program from download.com, cute FTP is known to be good, i use fetch.

from there, you just make a new connection to your webspace and find a command called PUT or UPLOAD or whatever and put the file right there. the place you got the log in info from will tell you the url of your space, just add the name of your file to the end of the address. with a slash to seperate them. that's the basic idea, without more specifics it's the best i can give you.

Can I get the movie to play as an intro? Because there is music that plays along with this intro. I dont want someone to go to the site and have to press "play" to get the intro to start

I cant find a server that will let me upload a video file...

Free web space providers generally don't like you doing that (it's very bandwidth-intensive), so you'll most likely have to use a paid service (or host it yourself from home - but again, some ISPs are funny about that).

I got it all figured out. I just had to use two different servers.
