What’s the hardest part of making your first short film?

I’m currently working on my first short film and realizing there are a lot of challenges. From planning and budgeting to directing and editing. For those who’ve been through it, what did you find most difficult? Was it managing time, working with actors, or just staying motivated?

I’m just an amateur high schooler who likes to make short films and hopes to turn that into a career one day haha! But during my point on this pathway the hardest thing is getting “actors” or convincing my friends to act in my work.
