We are opening some parts of our house for your next film, photo shoot... you name it!
The house would be ideal for a creepy old vintage film look but with the right Art director you can turn it around the way you want it. The house is kind of beaten up: wood is old, the structure is uneven... what a house from the 19th century without integral rehabilitation would look like! Perhaps, that it's the charm of it and that is what you are looking for
It's a medium size house located in the historic victorian era residence of Angelino Heights. It is bordered by Westlake on the south, Echo Park proper on the west and the north-west, and Elysian Park neighborhood on the east and north-east.
Areas available would be: in the first floor the living room, dining room and kitchen (no photo attached), outdoor patio and in the second floor one empty bedroom (no photo attached) and the restroom.
The generic price would be $50/hour but don't hesitate to contact me with the project details as the price would vary depending on crew size, are you bringing your own furniture? are you moving mine?, dates... Also let me know if you would like to see more photos or arrange a visit.
I know myself how hard is to get good deals in LA when it comes to filming so don't be shy and contact me. I am sure we could work something out!
