Short Film Contest 2006 "Lost and Found" - Choosing a Winner

I want to thank everyone for participating in this year's contest! The films look great.

In order to choose a winner each filmmaker who participated in the contest must do the following:

1. Each filmmaker must write a thoughtful review for every film in the contest except their own through the site's review system. The filmmakers must use their real name in the name category although you do not need to show your e-mail address.

2. Once this is done, each filmmaker who submitted a film to the contest will e-mail me a list of their top 3 films. (obviously not including their own)

Their first pick is worth 30 points, second is worth 20 points, and third is worth 10 points. The film with the most points wins the contest.

3. In the same e-mail I also need their picks for:

- Best Acting
- Best Cinematography
- Best Directing
- Best Editing
- Best Score
- Best Screenplay
- Best Interpretation of the Theme

These selections will have nothing to do with the grand prize, but each film that wins a category will get a certificate.

4. The deadline to submit your picks for the contest is October 1st, 2006.

Have fun watching the films!

Best Regards,
Chris Wright
